Nowadays there are so many foods that may fatten teenage girls, especially when teenage girls dealing with fast food. Life style of teenage girls nowadays can trigger stress which is teenage girls can loose control when they eating food. So that’s why teenage girls must have excellent diet plans for teenage girls to control their weight when its getting up everyday. But the question is what kind of diet plan? Is it teenage girls must stop eating forever? No it is absolutely wrong, food is not something teenage girls should avoided because food gives teenage girls power to do activity and stay on spirit.

Fruits and vegetables will not makes you fat, because its full of fiber and not Fat. Of the opposite you also need to reduce food that contains fat for example beef, chicken, eggs, milk, burger and so on. Also you need to drink a lot of water during your diet plans.
It’s absolutely wrong if you only reducing food in large amount as your primary diet plans for teenage girls. The next step of your diet plans for teenage girls is you will need a lot of exercise for fifteen minutes until one hour everyday. You can exercise in your home or outdoor. You can start exercising your stomach, arm and leg everyday. Like I said before, to do this you will need a good attitude or mental to face this new habit.
